One of the best in the area! The house appetizer (for two people) is spectacular: 5 courses, one better than the other! First and second courses with quality ingredients, well cooked and plated with care.The "Murgia rosa" rosé wine (malvasia nera and nero di Troia) is pleasant.Courteous staff, smiling and knowledgeable in describing the dishes.Well done!

"il Riccio" is a GEM of restaurant. You can feel the energy and the passion the owners put in any single details.Food is tasteful and a mix between tradition and modernity with as well many vegetarian delicious options ( gazpacho my fav).The environment is warm and familiar from amphorae and lamps to the beautiful colours of the utensils. I imagined This couple going around shops and the world and bringing a bit of memories back with them to share with us.Staff is friendly and can advice on choices.If I were living there no doubt it would become my second home!!!thank you!!

Top marks to the chef for every single course. We ordered mussels au gratin, peppered mussels, octopus and roasted squid, cod and fig spumone, almonds and caramel. It deserves to be starred. The staff were very kind and attentive; the terrace very nice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
